Recertification Policy: If the CPHQ does not recertify by the end of each recertification cycle, their certification will be revoked for failure to comply with recertification requirements. Individuals whose credentials have been revoked may not use the credential designation of CPHQ in representing themselves and will be required to sit for the examination if they wish to become certified as a CPHQ in the future.
